Biography
Sri Dewi Astuty was born in Pinrang in 1975 and spent her childhood before completing her elementary to high school education in Makassar city. She earned Bachelor's degree in Radiation Physics at UNHAS, Master's degree in Earth Physics at ITB, and Doctor in Biophysics from the S3 MIPA Study Program at Airlangga University. Her current research focuses on Photodynamic Therapy, and she has received several Internal Unhas Grant, Collaborate PTNBH Grant and National Competitive Grant (2017-2023). Since joining as a lecturer in 1999 in the Department of Physics with a specialization in Optics and Spectroscopy, the Laboratory has expanded formation a Medical Physics concentration. In addition to Photodynamic Therapy, her research focuses on Medical Physics, and she is a member of the Indonesian Medical Physicists Association.
